I reached the 160lbs mark! Yes! 26lbs down! 30 more to go! It feels amazing and I encourage everyone out there to clean up their food, to stop fast food and junk food (isn't it the same??), to take 30min to an hour every day and work out. It can be walking, running, swimming, dancing, jumping .... a combination of all. Or you can go further and use weight.
OK I don't look that great on the picture and I am not a model but I love to see the difference between three months ago and NOW!
