One more!!! UC San Diego has accepted Riley's application!!!
The 2013 edition of U.S. News & World Report ranked UC San Diego as the 38th best university in the nation, tied for 3rd best of the UC schools and the 8th best public university in the United States.

Riley - UC Davis Admission
Riley got UC Davis! and great financial help offered by that UC.
UC Davis is considered as a Public Ivy. In 2013, U.S. News and World Report ranked UC Davis as the 8th best public university in the United States, 38th nationally, and the 3rd best of the UC schools, after UC Berkeley (21st), UCLA (24th), and tied with UCSD (38th).

Sophie Helen - Snow in Paris
This is at the end of the Champ Elysees (on the other side, at the Top is the Arc de Triomphe). This Monument is in between the Champs Elysees and The Louvre. It is almost a straight line from The Louvre all the way to the Arc de Triomphe : 2.7 miles (a record for France)

Joseph - Birthday
Yesterday Joseph and I took the day off from work. It was his 38th birthday and we wanted to celebrate this as well as spending time together for our anniversary (March 7). I surprised Joseph with tickets for Disneyland. Well, a grown up guy like Joseph don't really care about Disney ... it was more about spending time with Brandon and Chelsea who were spending a few days at Disney with their boys. It was a perfect sunny day, midweek so not too busy at the park. We ended the day with diner at BJ's Brew house.

Fresh Meat ... Derby Girls in Oceanside
Hidden City Derby Girls started a new Fresh Meat Practice Session this Saturday and I decided to try ... knowing that I had never skate in my life!!!! I fell so many times ... on every part of my body! Well worth it. Going back on Monday for Practice # 2
